Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change at Brand Merchandise. This Cancellation Policy is applicable to canceling orders for corporate gifts, trophies, awards and promotional items. This policy applies to all our products as most of them are customised and made to order, please read this policy before ordering.

Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after you have been confirmed as an order for this product has been placed, without charge.
• Once the design/artwork has been accepted and production has commenced, no cancellation will be accepted or cancellation fee will be charged for any costs incurred (materials, labour, branding set up etc.).

Non-Customized Orders

• Normal, non-individualized products can be terminated before delivery. Once purchased, no returns will be accepted for Orders and they will be subject to our Refund policy if there is any issue when delivered.

Customized & Bulk Orders

• For Customized items (engraved trophies, branded products, logo printed products, etc), it is not possible to cancel after the production has begun as it is made according to your specifications and is not for resale.
• Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible for bulk orders for corporations. If this is a product that is produced at the time the order is cancelled, the cancellation can only be for the balance of the order which has not been processed.
• Pre-payment and/or deposit for customized/bulk orders may not be returned after the production process has started, since they are usually used to cover the material procurement and setup costs.

How to Request a Cancellation

1. Please call us, email us or use WhatsApp to inform us of your order number/details and reason for canceling.
2. Our staff will inform you of the order's status and inform you if the order is able to be cancelled.
3. We will cancel and refund any applicable amount as per our Refund Policy if applicable.

Order Modifications

• If you have to change your order (design, quantity, specification) instead of canceling please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make room for changes prior to production, if possible.

Cancellation by Brand Merchandise

If there are rare circumstances where we have to cancel an order, for example:

• Unavailability of raw materials or products.
• Failure to provide customization as desired.
• A pricing or product information error due to a technical error.
• Any unusual or fraudulent transactions.
• In this scenario, customers will be informed immediately, and the payment made will be cancelled according to our Refund Policy.
