Order Processing Time

Standard (non-customized) orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Custom Orders – Logo Printed, Engraved, Embroidered, UV Printed, Debossed etc. – will take an additional 5-10 business days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.
Orders for bulk or corporate use will take 10-15 business days or longer for production and quality control. The estimated timelines will be communicated to you at the time of your confirmation order.
Design approval and specification verification from customers is mandatory for processing orders.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across New Delhi, NCR, and pan-India locations.
If you're buying in bulk or for a company, please talk to our sales team about the viability of your order and delivery dates outside of our normal delivery areas.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if applicable, are determined by the weight and volume of the order, destination and quantity.
Shipping will be quoted at the time of the order for bulk corporate orders and may be added to the final invoice.

Usually, it takes 2-4 working days for delivery within Delhi/NCR after dispatch.
Depending on the destination and the courier service partner, timings may vary for delivery in other parts of India as 5-10 business days.
